With operations in Bangalore, Hong Kong, London and Sydney, UC delivers a range of financial advisory and capital market services to clients in Asia. In the initial two years of operations since its launch in 2008, UC has raised over US$100 million for 15 clients in India, including some of the leading microfinance institutions (MFIs) as well high potential emerging MFIs, and built a solid transaction pipeline to raise capital for clients in India, Philippines and Pakistan across a range of sectors benefitting the BOP. The firms extensive banking and financial services expertise combined with extensive relationships with social impact investors around the world ensure the successful delivery of sustainable capital solutions to its clients.
